Just wondering in anyone has done a list of stats and special rules for the Russians? I have just started playing black powder and collecting my Russian army so any help would be great. Cheers Stanley |

Our group has worked up some stats for the Russians. For the most part their stats are similar to the French and Prussians from Albion but we reduced the shooting value and increased stamina for the infantry. The artillery gets increased stamina to reflect the large size of batteries (12 guns) but shoots no better than 8 gun batteries. We allow only a limited number of officers with SR 8 or above. Please contact me if you'd like me to email you a copy. |

We play Russians as Stamina 4 Shooting 2 (so they take a lot of casualties before breaking and prefer to get stuck in with the bayonet in attack columns rather than shooting). Big Russian batteries are Stamina 3 HtH2. Russian Hussars have long pointy sticks (lancers). |
