Aye war…..I of course have the best of intentions to begin at some point….🎨 |

I have a few thousand figures, some of which will never be painted the date back to the 1970s. My biggest current concern is about 500 28mm civilian types that I had been gathering for my VBCW games. Since I have about 2000 figures for that episode, with plenty of militia, I just don't need all these figures but they're hard to sell off as they're all unique. |

I am in the same boat as most, but I firmly believe, whether I had good intentions or not…. If I buy something and it doesn't see a table top or get painted for more than 3-5 years… out it goes… it gets added to my box of broken dreams and it goes to the flea market. Sometimes it hurts, but I am trying to be practical…. I like new and shiny…. and often times get drawn into so many new games…. so many new projects… My staple miniature games are: 15mm Napoleonics, LOTR skirmish, 1/144th WW1 planes, Mordheim, Frostgrave, GA, War Machine, FoW….. and now SAGA…. FoW and War Machine might be seeing the flea very soon…. SO literally, just for those games.. easily over 1000 unpainted figures. I will add.. NONE of them are 15mm Nappy… those are ALL DONE. They are all 25mm figs… |

Arr I just bought a large portion of 15mm Pirates from Rebel Minis, that are now added to the mountain, Great figures by the way! I have moved them up to the top of the painting list, I have to wait for the weather to warm up more before I can go outside and spray prime them. |

But, Bobgnar, think what an awesome game you will put on once you get everyone painted! |

Lead pile is small – about 150 castings, plus Wings for Glory planes of repaints. |

My lead pile is fairly large and growing. Although I am a fairly fast painter, my consolation is I can always throw away whatever miniatures I lose passion for. |

About 150 Elhiem 20mm Cold War figures with a lot of conversion work needed on all , a bunch of 1:72 Airfix buildings/bridges and some AFVs and unarmored vehicles. Need to buy some more fortifications and terrain in general too if I'm going to invade Cuba in style.. All packed up for moving currently but can't get approved for a new apartment and itching to get into them so thinking of busting open their box and just going for it next week after work shifts..starting with finishing my conversion work (epoxy ragtops, head swaps, vehicle crew conversions, extra equipment from plastic kits) I don't have a huge or diverse lead pile. I'm pretty good at focusing on one scale and time period for a lot of years but I'm slow and my tastes are obscure so pretty much end up playing solo for most of my life. |

It's bigger than it was before the trip to Hammerhead where purchases were made. I have 192 6mm Baccus Gothic infantry on the table plus 10 Gothic Medium Cavalry, about 2 dozen light infantry. In the project box are 90 Sassanid horse, 4 Elephants, 96 Viking armoured axemen and a few other odds and sods. Hello my name is Elenderil and I have a lead problem! |

Enough soft metal to mold my casket from it. And knowing my wife, she probably will. |

How about just the 2018 pile? Painted? 94. Bought? 300+ I'm in a deep hole… |
