Very good, indeed. But why are the bases so thick? |

Well, that paint job certainly puts my little 10mm classical Indian army to shame. I actually prefer thicker bases. Perhaps not as visually appealing but it does make it easier to move figures by the base rather than risk breaking or bending the figures by handling them to move the stands. |

Thick bases do stop you picking them up by holding the fig, thus protecting them. No idea if that's what the owner was thinking, it loks like he has two levels of base, perhaps one is a magnetic strip. Regards David F Brown |
