ahh, just found what you may be looking for. a rules set by Rod Cain. PM me ur email addy and I'll send it. The rules dont mesh well with other Ft rules or ships but its a great stand alone set of rules |

I did SciFi Crossover FT games at GenCon for several years using all sorts of universes and Star Wars showed up several times.

What they said – Rod's stuff (I seem to recall he is or was a TMPer too – the name Dervel rings a bell) is by far the most comprehensive in terms of ships covered etc, but alters the rules more than I was entirely happy with. Star Ranger's crossover stats proved much more my cup of tea (I love Full Thrust as it is, so the more minimalist approach to tweaking the rules suited me better) and are what I very happily use now. Here is a link to an old battle report… My version is "heavily modified" to make the game play like the movies. At least that is what we were trying to accomplish. Also, it is designed for a convention, fast easy, lot's of shooting (i.e. generous firing arcs) and simple movement on a grid. PDF link Rules:

@Ssendam You won't find any ships that resemble what you are looking for at Studio Bergstrom at 1/20000 scale, nope not at all.

I did a modified Hoth escape scenario based on Star Ranger's SW to FT rules conversion,titled "I'll Get Her Out on the Falcon." link (scroll down to the Star Wars scenario for Full Thrust header for the zip file containing the scenario.) My scenario contains a good bit of fighters plus some random event cards too. Also found Dean's rules were my cup of tea for FT as well. |
