My wargaming buddy sent me this link to a recent U-Tube posting of a clip from a Japanese TV series about the Battle of Tsu-Shima. The background music is very ethereal but the CG action of the battle is very good.

There was a version of the same clip with more "martial music". This kind of music was prevalent in 80s anime. Its not that bad for some reason.

Unfortunately most of the rest of the show is a sappy, melodramatic love story (as only the Japanese can do them) but this clip is indeed awe inspiring.
