Sent these fine folks an email several days ago with no reply. I had ordered some 1/1200 scale ACW ships from them a few years ago, and was going to order more, but the website is really clunky (pop-ups, slow, etc.) and was worried they may be defunct. With no reply to my email, I am concerned as to whether or not to place an order. Anyone know their status? titanmmp.com |

If they have a phone number, maybe try calling them? I wonder if your email got caught in a spam filter? |

True, if I order, I do have recourse with PayPal if something happens. But I also wonder about a company that doesn't respond…doesn't bode well for their customer service along with their ability to fill an order. |

I've placed my order using PayPal. Alas, the email address for payments is the same one I emailed days ago with no response…I hope that is not a sign! I'll post here with my experiences with Titan as this order is either fulfilled or not fulfilled. |
