After a long absence from gaming and painting I have returned and started a new project.

I had sold all my figures (apart from my junk box) and had no paints. I have started a blog to track my progress.

For now I have just started uploading some eye candy, I hope you enjoy there is much more to come.

Thanks

Terrific work. Glad to have you back on board.

I really like your 10mm Napoleonics.

Very nice work and welcome back.

I think you may find hard to resist those fine 28mm figures, notwithstanding your table limitations.

If you put as much effort into those 18mm minis (ABs, Blue Moon, Eureka, Xan, and/or Khurasan?) as you put into those 28s, I think you will be thrilled with the look.

I need to dig out my AB Brit Rifles and Cacadores, throw some paint on them. The Cacadores should be really quick: prime with Krylon camo khaki, wash, details. I'm just planning on using my ABs for skirmishes, not massed battles. 3mm at true 1/600 groundscale for that. $25 USD a unit, and 500-odd troops per, though I might do the high commanders in 18mm on diorama bases.

I've finished some Blue Moons, I think I've painted them ok. Few mistakes but a good compromise on size, paint ability, cost and storage.

I'll put some pictures up on my blog tomorrow.

Cheers all

Simon
