Just received my copy of Mal Wright's book "British & Commonwealth Warship Camouflage of WWII" which was supposed to have been published at the end of June but was postponed first to August and then mid-September. The wait was frustrating but the finished product, which covers everything from coastal craft and auxiliaries up to destroyers, is highly recommended. To coin an over used phrase, it is lavishly illustrated with copious full colour drawings showing multiple ships of the same class and schemes covering the whole war. |
