The other day, I pulled out some old Star Trek starship miniatures and noticed some yellow spots in the finish on the white surface. Is this reversable? Regards, Keith F. |

They were in a plastic case. Still, it's not impossible a bug got in. I'll try some warm water on a swab and see. Thanks! Keith F. |

It also could be the dullcoat/sealer yellowing. I had it happen and the only way to clear it was to dry brushing over it and reseal. |

It's probably the white pigment deteriorating due to sunlight. If the pigment wasn't thoroughly mixed when the paint was first added, some areas may have a higher pigment loading than others so be more prone to yellowing – possibly showing up as 'blobs'. |
