ISIS in the Year 2066

What if you want to game something too controversial or distasteful to put on the tabletop?

I've just read through the PDF version of these rules.

The game is set in the year 2066, and civilization has crumbled. Your warband can be anything from sci-fi troops to "Cold War" era to scavengers and civilians. Your force is built using points, with lots of ways to customize your force.

The emphasis is on general weapon classes rather than specific weapons (or vehicles), so it should be easy to come up stats to match whatever figures you want to use. The game was designed for 15mm figures, and uses stands (but seems flexible on sizes).

I'm intrigued, and I think I'll throw some forces together. Will be interested to hear reviews from those who have played, and what types of armies people are putting together.

I snapped up the rules too. Was thinking of some sort of Falloutish Super Mutants versus BOS match up.
Though, I suppose I'll have to do some sort Wastelander force, perhaps led by Art Vandelay and Dog.

Just need appropriate figure in 15mm.

I should mention that players have the option of 'buying' zombies or marauders for their army, then deploying them on the tabletop as nuisances for the other army. Though they might turn out to be nuisances for your army…

Interesting. Can you give an idea of the level of detail say between different types of infantry?

The premise seems cool, reminds me a little of Twilight 2000.

How hard would it be to play it in 28mm with single-figure basing?
