Does anyone have any experience with Irregular's 10mm Eastern Renaissance figures? I know that there used to be some concern with Irregular, but I've also heard that some of their newer ranges were better. I'm specifically interested in the Mogul Elephants and Mogul/Sipahi cavalry.

I use a number of both in my 10mm Moghul army. Acceptable. In 10mm we can't be too picky yet.
