I originally ordered 40 large (60mm and 50mm) miniature bases with stone textures, based on photos listed on their web site, payed via PayPal, the payment cleared and I waited for confirmation of shipment.. nothing arrived, but I thought it was ok, the package was probably in the mail.
I waited.. I waited some more.
I contacted the company and asked why there was such a long delay, I received a short reply, saying the was a medical issue with a family member. Out of respect, I cut them some slack and gave them time.. I waited.
I waited for a year, then checking back over my email log, found my original invoice and decided to try to get something for the money it cost me, so got back in contact. I eventually got a reply after posting via this kick starter page the company had set up.
The individual named Ed said there was no way they could know I never received a package, I pointed out I had contacted them to ask what was going on, Ed told me I must have spoken to someone else and my order would be re-sent. I waited, nothing happened, I asked if there was an original packing/postage document, Ed assured me there was, and he would find it, plus, something extra would be thrown in for the delay. No evidence of this document has been presented, there were further delays, more email exchanges, and finally, I received a package.. half the number of bases I had originally paid for, 10mm smaller than I had paid for, of a different (inferior) design than I had paid for and the casting of the items is of a poor quality. I sent a notice to Troll Forged stating the items in the box differed considerably from those ordered and paid for, also the date it was sent was the day after my last email to them, again, more excuses, more assurances and no documentation.
I can honestly say, this is the worst consumer experience I have ever had in making a purchase online, and I am inclined to just give up on ever getting what I actually paid for from the company.

I know Tre with Red Box Games had a lot of trouble with them when he did a KS.

I believe they also had a brief relationship with the now infamous Defiance Games.

I believe they also had a brief relationship with the now infamous Defiance Games.

I was wondering about that.

Looks like their kickstarter is more than a year overdue and he is still making masters.

I had heard that they were approached by Defiance but never did any work for them.
