Yes, saltflats1929, fur hats do keep in the heat…those with no head cover suffer a great deal of heat loss. If you are making a comment on the seeming light quality of the uniforms, even 25 years ago when I was in the Army, we had gortex uniforms, which do not have to be very thick. |
