That's the best version of this I've seen. It's like a WWII Soviet OGRE. Guy's site is horrible to look through. |

No, it is an Akuyaku. I like it better with the piggy crew. |

Yes, that's Miyazaki's "pig tank"
Quite a monster, considering that it's about the size of a shoebox when the model is in 1/72 scale! Mine is getting Quar crew… |

Ooh, I've always wanted one of those! With the pig crew, of course. |

@Twilight Samurai: hlj.com/product/TACTG-2 Shipping is a mite pricey, but I think it's the easiest way to get the smaller-name Japanese kits. I actually ordered a bunch of 1/100 aircraft for my Vietnam gaming from there. |

I've wanted one of those for years, but they're far too pricey… |

@Optional Field: keep your eyes on the exchange rate, as that will heavily drive your costs. If you can catch the yen-dollar rate above 110 yen/dollar, you should make the purchase. Plus, that is a BIG model, roughly 8" wide and 12" long. I think I paid ~$40 for mine including shipping, but that was a couple years ago. I know I bought a pair of Forgeworld Broadside suits and paid less for them than I would have for GW Broadsides (this was ~10 years ago now). But I had enough other stuff in that order that I had free shipping (adds up quickly when you buy Imperial Armour books). |
