A few weeks ago, I ordered a bunch of new minis from a few different companies to start a new project. All three of the companies I ordered from were great and delivered promptly (a few were international, so longer delivery times were expected). I have already rained praise on Heresy Miniatures for the little thing they did that made me even happier with their service than I already was, now it is Black Tree Design's turn. I found there were a few more miniatures I wanted for this project, and placed a second order through them. I think I ordered on this past Sunday. The order was in my mailbox on arriving home yesterday. I went through the box admiring my new additions, but found a single miniature missing from this order. So I fired off a friendly worded email to them last night (all their service had been good I had no reason to suspect malfeasance), and have already received a response ensuring me things will be made right. Great job guys, I will definitely be placing more orders through Black Tree Designs again. |
