Well for the creature up there you could go with Rebel Minis "Alien Raptorz"

Blue Moon's "Universalist Command" there wearing helmets but would look the part.

Their "knees" AREN'T bent in the opposite way as for humans in that third picture.

Their FOOT bones are longer. and that "reversed" joint is the ankle. It's called a digitigrade leg.

Dogs, cats, etc have these. If you look at the skeletal structure, their knees are in the same places as for us, but certain other bones are longer/shorter (and they walk on the "balls" of their feet.

Lol. I knew someone was going to come along and correct me!

But "knee bent backwards" is way easier to communicate. Plus, if I say longer foot bones, they'll just imagine humanoids with normal legs but kangaroo-like feet.
