Maybe this is old news and I missed it. Does anyone do 15mm skeleton casualties?? Would be very happy if they were just bones, no armour, or kit. Thanks |

I'd be interested as well. Could use some skulls, bones, etc. for markers, terrain enhancement, etc. for pirate games and beaches. |

I do know that Peter Pig in their Heads and Odds range have skulls.
I do have these and they are very good and useful. |

Maybe some 15mm undead fantasy could be laid down and weapons clipped off? |

D, I did exactly what Boroscope suggests, except that I used 1/72 scale plastic skeleton army figures. From some figures I "harvested" rib cages, legs, arms, skulls, hip bones, or multiple combinations of those parts. When put together on a base or terrain piece, you really can't tell that they came from different "donors". Dan PS. Other options: TMP link TMP link |

Yep. A 15mm lead figure and a 3-lb sledge hammer is all you really need. WHAM! You've got a prone skeleton ready for display. |

I think one could get sitting figures as ship crew members replace the heads with those from Peter Pig, and some chairs for discovery as one checks out a drifting ship or control room on some forgot planet. ;D |

Thank you guys. I remember those threads. I suppose my option is to cut up some of my chariot and Alternative armies figures. I plan to use that reheatable moulding agent (what's that stuff called?) to cast up a load of bases so I don't have to cut up my undead army, just to make scenery or counters. |

Hey D, You mean Instant Mold? link Or, if you want to try liquid latex: TMP link Dan |
deflatermouse | 10 Sep 2014 4:20 a.m. PST |
Thank you CC. I have used Liquid Latex but it doesn't work too well for stuff with greater depth and my lot was mostly wasted. I ended up using it for masking on the windows of my model aircraft. Instant Mould. Is that the stuff from Japan which look like Fruit Rollups? oops just looked. This is like the one at the shop in town. Will get this tomorrow. Thanks for the reminder. |
