"Problem with Flytrap Factory" Topic

I made a small order from Flytrap Factory in April of this year, and despite various assurances from the proprietor have received nothing as of today. I have tried contacting them via the email on their website but it is undeliverable to this address. Has anyone had any other issues? I don't like to criticise a supplier unduly, but I am running out of patience, especially as I have had no issues of this kind with any other miniature company.

I talk to Anton all the time. He is usually very responsive. I'll send him over here to you.

Just messaged him on facebook. I'm sure it's an oversight/tech issue.

I am also surprised, as I have had nothing but good experiences with flytrap factory.

I sent an email, this one actually went, still no reply though.

I have been corresponding with Anton but despite his assurances nothing has been sent to me. Six months wait is a ridiculous order time and I don't know what to do about this situation.

It is a real shame, the miniatures are excellent but impossible to obtain.

Hi I would like to update this thread. Spoke to Anton, he said he'd send me another order out which he did apparently by airmail at his own cost. Arrived in under two weeks. Really super models as I have said, from (next to Eureka) the most exciting manufacturer about. Cheers Anton!
