Here's the setup. 4×6' map with 1.5" hex grid. Liberally sprinkled with 3d asteroids. All players (up to 8) will be playing Confederation pilots from Wing Commander flying either Arrow Light Fighters or Rapier medium fighters. PEF forces of the Kilrathi are prowling the Asteroid Belt and somewhere in the mass of drifting rocks is a Kilrathi ComCon running point for a hunter – killer group. Players will need to hunt the contacts to find the ship. The Kilrathi will run using the automated rules and are composed of Dralthi II, Dralthi IV, and a Kilrathi Ace in a Vaktoth Medium fighter ( rep 5). Kilrathi reinforcements also include the posibility of a Heavy Gunboat. Players can call in the two Bomber reinforcements (loaded with anti ship torpedos) any time but must be wary in case Kilrathi fighters are in a position to intercept! All players will be Rep 5 "Stars". The Arrows have FF missiles, the Rapiers have FF and Image Rec missiles as does the Vaktoth. The Dralthi have FF and Rocket Pods. Should be a blast! |
