SYW or Napoleonic? Napoleonic, the regiment was faced in yellow piped in Lt. Blue (Lapels, collar, cuffs, cuff flaps, turnbacks). The coat was Lt. Blue with Lt. Blue heart fasteners on the turnbacks and yellow piping to the shoulder straps. SYW, the regiment was faced in red (Encarnado) on the collar, cuffs, and waistcoat. All other parts of the uniform was white, except for the turnback fasteners, which were red 'hearts' |
