WIP: Chesterfield, The Waiter…
He always provides top notch quality service to the high priced clients at Del-Gordon's Steakhouse, (the "best in the city"….)
For a good tip he will forget everything and everyone that he has seen and heard for the evening….
For an even better tip, he will meet you outside in the alley during a break and tell you everything that he "has never saw or heard happen that evening"….

I don't usually suggest this but his eyes really need a little pop. I would add a small white reflection in each eye. That will really bring him to life.
