"NATO may hold military drills and establish a military training center in Georgia, NATO Secretary General Andrers Fogh Rasmussen said on Monday.

According to Rasmussen, alliance plans to increase cooperation between Georgian Armed Forces and NATO and organize military drills inside Georgia.

Rasmussen emphasized that NATO plans to establish a military training center in Georgia in order to attract the alliance's partners…"

Based on what I just saw on CNN … Looks like NATO might be "getting-the-band-back-together … somewhat … although much, much leaner. Hopefully meaner (?) … Also, Putin said something about nucs or new nuclear weapons, it has been reported … 1984 all over again … very old KGB habits seem hard to break …

In the early 1940's the US and our Allies set up many training facilities and pre-positioned a lot of equipment in the UK. Did that work to get Hitler out of France?
