I played a test game of BattleTech Alpha Strike this weekend in preparation of running the scenario at the Recruits Convention in Lee's Summit, MO in a few weeks.

It played well and with just a few tweeks will be ready for the convention. I've got a little work to do on scenery, but that should come together pretty quickly.

Looks like a fun game. I've had Battletech games that ran over five hours, so I'd be interested in trying this out.

Looks like a good game might give alpha strike a go as we like battletech but it always got bogged down with too many mechs on the board and as you played with 12 a side in 2 1/2 hour's that's what we are looking for.

Cheers for the eye candy always nice to see game's being played.

I've always loved the world of BT, but the game play was a bit too involved for me to have regular games. These rules change that and I'm excited to get more games in using these rules.
