A recent entry in my "other" gaming blog, in which I clean my worktable and take photos of progress, show off some recent, "Scores" that I picked up and discuss some of the 28mm Blue Moon Figures and more! Check it out right here! link I am also experimenting with different blog layouts, so please let me know what you think. As always…comments are appreciated. Thanks for looking! |

Good stuff. I love that giant fig, and the GW Terrain book is a great find. I have that one and the red book and I still go back to them often for inspiration and review. They're probably some of the best terrain books for the "regular guy" out there and some of my favorite books in my wargaming library. |

The Blue Moon secret agents are some of my favorite sculpts from that series. I painted up the entire set. My favorite is the fat Russian Colonel! |

As a former member of the 1st Cavalry Division, I like your cartoon about the cavalry "state of mind." Gave me a laugh! Jim |

I've been considering adding some Blue Moon 28mm French & Indian War "Drums Along the Ohio Valley" settlers to my AWI collection as Patriot or Loyalist militia. They look nice on the Blue Moon website, but I've never seen their figures "in the flesh." Let me know how you found the experience of painting up the Blue Moon figures. Easy or difficult to paint? Which do you prefer -- black, grey, or white undercoat? |
