Back on August 14, I won two auctions from NobleKnight Games for Novak's AWI Campaign books (North and South). After repeated emails requesting combined shipping, I gave up and paid via Paypal on Aug 19 th. So today, I get a request from NKG to pay for the items, followed by a second email telling me that the items have now shipped. Huh? They charged me 13.00 to ship two thin books and took their time doing it. And all of my emails went unanswered. You can bet I'll never order anything from them again. |

I've never really had BAD service from NobleKnight Games,I have usually received my items in a timely fashion. I do find their shipping charges a little extreme when compared to other places I've dealt with for the same item; I usually hold off placing any order with them until I've figured out that no one else has what I want (and even then wince at the prospect and mentally ask myself if I really need it). |

I have ordered from their normal site and have never had a problem. You might call them at explain. nobleknight.com |

I had only good experience with Noble Knight and agree a phone call would probably get things cleared up. |

I have ordered numerous times from them (cross-border to Canada), and always had timely service – shipping (albeit expensive shipping) and full product satisfaction. I would call them directly regarding your service concerns… |

Did the auction say they would combine shipping? Seems obvious but a fair amount of sellers don't do it. |

You bid on auction items that said what the postage would be and you won them under those terms. Did Noble Knight Games say in these auctions that they would combine shipping? If not, you got what you paid for. If you didn't agree to those terms, you shouldn't have bid. |

Strange that they did not respond to emails, I have had nothing but first rate service from them on many orders (never an auction though) |

Were they at Gen Con at the time? They may not have even been there to do anything for you. |

Strange. I have always had wonderful service from them on auctions won. |

Cyrus and Dr X, Here's a quote from their shipping blurb: "Feel free to combine items to save on shipping costs! So, the answer is yes. I found it really strange that I would get two emails today saying "You have not paid for your goods". And 2 minutes later'"Your items have shipped." Could be something wrong with their shopping cart system? Since most here seem to think that this is a once in a million screw up, maybe I'll give them another chance. But there's no excuse for not at least answering my emails. |

I would lean towards the once in a million screw up, I've always had very good service from him/them but I also know not all items have combined shipping costs. |

Like the others, I've had nothing but great service from them. I agree with Centurion, perhaps a person-to-person phone call would clear things up. I'd give them the benefit of the doubt here first. |

Bill,i like the others never had a problem with them. Mark |

you did order during Gencon weekend. |

nevinsrip, just noticed something. In this thread: King's Mountain Miniatures (posted by Terrament on The Industry board) (sorry, can't post the link from my phone) you mentioned about not getting an email(s) and not finding anything in your Spam box regarding a different situation. Maybe you're having trouble on your end receiving emails in a timely fashion and/or not at all? Just a guess. |

Sounds like one of those rare screw ups. My brother orders from them regularly and hasn't had a problem. On one occasion in which he bought a used game that he did not think was accurately described by them, they worked with him to make the transaction right. |

@nevinsrip, You have every right then to get an answer that satisfies YOUR expectations of combined shipping. If I were Noble Knight I would offer that option as standard policy as a matter of costumer service. Return customers are always a plus! |

Re: the emails saying "you have not paid for your goods", did NK send them or did ebay send them? I get these "harassing" emails a lot (after winning one auction and let the seller know I am waiting for one of his other auctions to end) and turns out they are automated by ebay most of the time. |
TiberiusAugustus | 30 Aug 2014 7:27 p.m. PST |
I have ordered from them multiple times and always have great service. I ordered something on Monday and received it yesterday. |
Sundance | 30 Aug 2014 10:04 p.m. PST |
I've never had a problem with them aside from shipping charges are generally outrageous. |
Doctor X | 30 Aug 2014 11:48 p.m. PST |
@nevinsrip – File a protest or whatever they are calling it these days with PayPal/Ebay. Then let let NKG know you plan to post negative feedback and give them a "1" rating on shipping for both auctions. That low rating could impact what they pay for Ebay fees for ALL auctions going forward if they exceed a certain threshold on shipping rating. If the loss of money on their end plus an unhappy customer doesn't get their attention I am not sure what else will. |

Send them an e-mail (or call) asking for a partial refund on the combined shipping they said was offered. Then if they don't respond (give the a chance to respond) give them a negative feedback. But give them some chances and time as I'm sure you'd rather have some money back. |
