Be aware Tip & Run is the same book. Same author, same content same cover. Just thought I'd mention it. |

It is not a bad book ,nice.,overview of the campaign,similar to Chaarles E. Millers "Battle for the Bundu",which I did check out at the local library,along w/ edwin P. Hoyt's "Guerilla". |

As far as Wargaming Fodder,it is alla matter of Compiling info., from many scources. I have over sixty books on German colonial and respective British books also ,and half my books are in German. Some of the best scources for games would be unit history's or diaries. Battery Press has many books for both sides and recently on E-Bay had a sale going on.Ex: The gold Coast regt,the book "Tanga",specifically on the battle,and even the old packet game Schutztruppe and a S.and T, game. Alxo check out the OstAfrika yahoo group. I hope this is not to confusing. |
