I checked for a piece on this in the search but no joy. I looked on Perry's web site today looking for plastic French Artillery, there is some artillery but it is not clear what they are or when they are due or when will the first issue be and follow up items. Can some bright spark enlighten me please? Many thanks. |

I've not heard of the Perrys doing plastic Napoleonic artillery, just the ACW. Victrix is, with this blurb from their 18 July news release: We have no release date as yet but they will most likely follow the release of the French foot artillery we have planned for release later this year. We expect to have some images of these to show off quite soon! |

There is a resin French Napoleonic artillery set on the Perry webpage, however it is for their 40mm Peninsula range. A range i personally wish they would do in 28mm FWIW. |

A range i personally wish they would do in 28mm FWIW. Amen to that. It seems odd to me that they would do all the minor German states as they appeared in the Peninsula, but neglect pretty much everyone else who was there. |

I honestly think they have reached a stage where they can indulge themselves now and just create what they are personally interested in seeing. The ultimate in limited editions must be their Gallipoli range…totally denied to us mortals. You have to admit. They have earned it over the years…and they did finally make my wished for Gendarmes d'Elite in both headgears. |
