Hello
Trying to flush out my 28mm WWI collection with some different poses and wanted some feedback from anyone who would know if the Musketeer 28mm line of figures mixes well with Renegades? The Renegade figures are a bit larger & stockier them most 28mm lines currently being produced.
If you know of any other figure mfgr's that may fit in, please let me know as well.
Thanks,

Musketeer are one of the smaller 28mm ranges. They would be dwarfed by the Renegade figures. For me, the new Mutton Chop WW1 are closer to Musketeer. Scarab (and at a push Great War) would fit better with Renegade.

Do Google as there are quite a few comparison photos on the web.

The Musketeer figures work OK with the Great War Miniatures figures and the new Mutton Chop figures from Empress (Musketeer and Mutton Chop figures both by Paul Hicks but Musketeer the smallest)but not Renegade. GWM being in between work OK with both.

That said the new Mutton Chop figures are slightly different sizes within the range

I can assure you that the Muttonchop figures are the same size. The two figures that are shown are in very different poses. The first one is leaning forward while the second one is upright. They should match very well with the musketeer range as I use the same armature underneath all of my figures.

The right hand figure in the second link also seems to be on a higher base than the other.

I have a few of Renegade, Brigade Games and Copplestone German figures and need to buy more. Not sure if I should wait for Renegade to go back on sale or go with another range.

Thank you gentlemen. What to do, what to do….. it appears I either sell off the Renegade line and start, dare I say it, AGAIN, with any or all three of the above figure lines mentioned.
That would be a drag as I have painted about 250 Renegade's.
I guess I could try using the Renegade figures in separate units and the New figure lines, MC GWM & Emp in their own.
Not my first choice but the thought of starting completely over is giving me a headache.
