I prefer last picture with the one to the left. It seemed less brick like than the right one. Maybe because the stones were cut at a little more irregular intervals. They do all look wonderful though, great work! |

As an alternative to the paper have you had a look at embossed plastikard? See slatersplastikard.com and have a look at the embossed stuff – you can download the pdf that shows all the different options. I used this for my Zimbabwe walls and found it a lot easier than carving out the foam and, unlike the paper, you can paint it whichever colour you like. I covered any joins with vegetation – you could perhaps use ivy? Of your options I do prefer the ones on the right of your last picture. |
