Just a quick announcement that Chaos in Cochise County is live as of now. Wanted to thank the folks who have already taken an interest in the project and hope to see new friends in the future. link In any case, I'd be happy to hear your comments and look forward to hearing from you. I'm really interested, as Deadlands was always a favourite RPG, but the $20 USD top-up for shipping to Canada is off-putting right now. I'm pretty familiar with shipping costs to Canada, since I have to pay it all the time for my orders from the US, and $20 USD is about what I'd pay for a decent sized normal order (my last GHQ order of 20+ packs had about $19 USD shipping), but assuming there's at least $10 USD covered in the Kickstarter levels for shipping in the US, paying another $20 USD is over my threshold. I'm not adverse to some top-up, I've paid $5 USD-15 more for other Kickstarter campaigns. I could see maybe adding $20 USD for one of the all-in levels, but even the softcover is a $20 USD top-up. I'm guessing this might be some Kickstarter recommendation, and I could see it for shipping to the back of beyond, but is there some way this can be looked at again for Canada? Thanks, Chris |

Thanks, for the laugh, tberry! And Terrement, got your message and replied. Boy wundyr- It's a good point and I knew sooner or later (sooner, in this case!) that shipping would turn into a quagmire. I will look into it and see if I can add a mid-level rate for Canadian shipping. The +$20 was an average of what I worked out after taking some sample packages to the post office for international shipping. Let me see what I can do. It won't be done overnight but I'll message you soon with an answer. Fair enough? |

Thanks CIA, sounds good and I appreciate the effort. I'll work on figuring out what packs I want! |

Not a hassle! This was the one common problem that every other Kickstarter project I talked to had. Computing shipping seems to be more of an art than a science at times! |

Wow, an Apache with a crossbow ! Just the figure I've always wanted !! |

Ha! He is weird and I debated even getting one sculpted but crossbows in the game are particularly effective against the bloodsuckers so I figured, what the heck? |

Don't know your "history", but, they probably got them from the Conquistadors (or maybe the Chinese "Treasure Fleet" that supposedly landed on the West Coast in the 1480s). Tim |

They stole them from the US Marshals Special Branch (another faction in the game) that use them. |

boy wundyr, I will reduce Canadian shipping for the books alone to $10. USD Since there are already backers for that level, I cannot change the text under the pledge but I will note it in the description. However, any packages containing one or more figure sets will retain the stated international shipping fee. This will also be noted. J. Lee Howard CIA Games |
