Thanks for the compliments guys The technique isnt mine I borrowed it from John Treadaway from here: link Only issue with this is that on the other 2 tanks the 'tac' keeps pulling the paint off :( it'll be the 3rd try when I get back to em. |

Thanks for all the feedback guys, its good to know im getting it right :) Darby, yep I swapped out the main gun for one of the spare rail guns from the scorpian kits and fitted it into the turret, due to balance issues I've had to magnetise this one but that isnt a major issue at all. The other 2 have now been painted and are awaiting final details like names and call signs before dullcoting. These are great models and when I have got a bot further through the current lead mountain I'll be looking to get some of the colonists to populate the shanty town. |
