Well we don't have one for a hundred years (which has been quite nice). Then two come along at the same time.

It's unclear at the moment whether Boko Haram have declared a new Caliphate or are announcing that the region is now a province of the Islamic State's Caliphate.

Assuming Boko Haram have essentially declared their loyalty to the IS Caliphate, this means that you can now use some of your African irregular figures in hypothetical IS scenarios as volunteers. Who have somehow travelled to Iraq/Syria. Er, for some reason.

I'm kinda thinking that if the thugs want to play at being nations, it's time we treat them as such. Full-on declarations of war, curbstomping, and then trying the survivors for war crimes.

If you want to game it, gives you the excuse to bring out all the toys.

Raises the question of whether other groups will seek to ally themselves to ISIS, and whether that will have any meaningful impact on ISIS forces.
