Heroscape: Road to the Forgotten Forest

It's a terrain expansion for Heroscape, but will non-Heroscape gamers be attracted by the trees?

Guns at Batasi is one of his best films as an actor, and a favorite if mine.

"Big X" in "The Great Escape."

One of my favorites.

The list of his work is almost too long to consider.

A fine, fine actor and gentleman, unlike some of those we have today.

From cowardly sailor in 'In Which We Serve' to director of 'Grey Owl', his acting career encompassed serious works like Brighton Rock and Séance on a Wet Afternoon through comedies such as Brothers In Law, even singing in Dr Doolittle, while his directing career covered many years once he retired from acting, though Spielburg persuaded him back for Jurrasic Park. Another of the old-time greats gone, leaving a catalogue of celluloid to remember him by.

Always an excellent actor he directed one of may favorite films, "A Bridge Too Far," and one of my least favorites, "Ghandi." He was a man of great talents as well as being a nice guy from all accounts. RIP

Rest In Peace, thanks for all the memories sir!

He never did get to make Ghandi 2 – The Empire Strikes Back did he…
