Neat. Recruited from where I grew up. "Princess Anne" is on a lot of stuff in the Virginia Beach area.

How did they get the name "Princess Anne" ?

The regiment was named for the county it was raised in, Princess Anne County, Virginia. The county was named for King James II's daughter Anne, later Queen Anne:
