I have just completed a batch of Early War Miniatures 20mm Germans for the First World War, you can see them here on my blog:

Nicely done. As usual.

Cheers Rrobby! Glad you liked them!

Beautifully done, this does give me food for thought. I have a M&B German late army (tank, guns the whole shebang in 28mm (Great war minis through North Star) what if I went 10-15mm for M&B, would it work? smaller table? More figures? What say you all?
Again these look great.
Could do both sides as well if smaller scale too! :)
Cheers

Thanks Zargon, I'm glad you like the figures. I think it would work at any scale. I have a British and German army in 15mm that I use for Square Bashing, as that is a higher level game than M&B. I turned to 20mm for the cheapness of plastic figures and availability (however, I prefer these metal ones now…) plus the size is suited to a skirmish game, IMHO.

Your posts are certainly inspiring! Makes most of my projects look the same old same old. I keep looking at WW1 but I just can't justify another project, although I am having a bit of a clear out so I may just be able to find room for one more project in the near future!

Shush Bracken! Your painting is way better than mine, I do wish I had half your talent. I would recommend the First War, there are plenty of good rule sets out there, Mud and Blood for one, and my other favourite Square Bashing.
