I seem to remember there was a discussion about this topic some time ago, but I can't find it …

Anyway:
Are there interesting products available to visualize spell effects? I was thinking about fireballs, acid blasts, etc…
I know one can model such things, but I was wondering if some of these are readily available?
E.g. invisible figures can be represented by transparant figures (I have a few of those), summoned monsters are of course represented by figures, but I am looking at some more unusual effects. E.g. how would you visualize a paralysis spell?

(… and I am not talking about cardboard templates …)

Ok, I did find the previous thread after all:

I believe if you look at Litko, you will find some acrylic representations of the things you're talking about.

Wow, I remember that topic, but I wouldn't have guessed it was more than 3-1/2 years ago. Time flies!

Don't the figures already represent a paralysis spell? (or do your's actually move?) ;-P
