"TMP 4 Private Messaging Request" Topic

One thing I've noticed about TMP is that basic members don't have the Private Message function. While that doesn't usually bother me, there are times when being able to PM an editor about any issues or concerns.

I was actually trying to crosspost to the SF Discussion board, but I was having trouble with my computer and accidentally posted to the Renaissance Discussion board instead. I tried to fix it, but I couldn't do anything about it. I then tried to PM an editor fix it, but I later found out I couldn't do that either. I was frustrated, and some board members were just confused.

So when TMP 4 finally comes around, is it possible for all members to be able to PM the editors at least, so that stuff like this can be fixed? That would be a big help.

You can certainly PM Bill even if you're a basic member.

You can also hit the complaint button.

I didn't think of using the complaint button. Maybe I'll try it next time. I did PM, I don't know if it got through.

I don't see the problem.
The [!] is a complaint. It is not necessarily a tattle-tale run to Teacher to say that Bobby is using naughty words and picking on me.

I used the complaints button to post an issue with a thread, certainly not a complaint, but did need an get an editor to assist.

Little GRAY button, that is! These old eyes have a hard time spotting typos lately as well.
