The other day we had LOTR SBG battle where we had to grab objectives on the battlefield. While setting up, I realized I was woefully short of good themed Objective Markers. After digging through my bits boxes I came across these LOTR Trivial Pursuit game pieces. Just what I needed. link

Great tutorial. Your objective marker is fantastic. Thanks for sharing. I share your pain on finding "new" shiny. When I am looking for something that I need, know I have it, but can't find it, but I find scads of other things that I forgot I had picked up over the years and say…I need to get this painted because I could use it for…and then you forget what you were looking for or just give up!! Sigh…too many cool things to do, and not enough time. Regards, Hitman |

Nicely done. What did you use for the vines? |

Very nice – especially like the vegetation. Lost Pict |

For a larger "statue" I used a figure from the Schleich Fantasy knights line.
I glued it to a large round GW base, and painted it up as if it were bronze.
