The other day we had LOTR SBG battle where we had to grab objectives on the battlefield. While setting up, I realized I was woefully short of good themed Objective Markers. After digging through my bits boxes I came across these LOTR Trivial Pursuit game pieces. Just what I needed.

Great tutorial. Your objective marker is fantastic. Thanks for sharing. I share your pain on finding "new" shiny. When I am looking for something that I need, know I have it, but can't find it, but I find scads of other things that I forgot I had picked up over the years and say…I need to get this painted because I could use it for…and then you forget what you were looking for or just give up!! Sigh…too many cool things to do, and not enough time.

Nicely done. What did you use for the vines?

Very nice – especially like the vegetation.

For a larger "statue" I used a figure from the Schleich Fantasy knights line.

I glued it to a large round GW base, and painted it up as if it were bronze.
