WIP: Doris Dubois serves up the best (and I mean THE BEST), Cajun/Creole cuisine this side of The Big Easy. With a cheerful smile, a pleasant laugh, a twinkle in her eye and good humor in her heart, she serves up her "family recipe etouffee and gumbo", hot and spicy, to the delight of everyone that has tasted it. Sweet Louisiana Iced Tea is always on hand by the pitcher full, to help wash it down, much to the delight (and relief) of everyone eating it… Just don't ask her "What her secret recipe and spices are", or you may quickly find out "if there is any truth to the rumors, that her ancestors were closely associated with Marie LaVeau…" [URL=http://s241.photobucket.com/user/m_murphy_1963/media/Pulp%20Figs/WIP%20Pulp%20Figs/IMG_5111_zpsc38ac14b.jpg.html]

Murph, Nice figure and excellent back story. I liked the reference to Marie LaVeau! Jim |
