I saw some of these a while back and cannot recall the maker. They were in 28mm and had the figures available with scarves and or black African heads.

Can someone help?

Eureka Somalis have both bare heads and covered faces and are 28mm.

that's them , Somalis from Eureka Miniatures ,,, I think some are wearing boots also
