My friend Piotrek sent me the photos of Assault Publishing SF Observers and sniper teams made from this set and O8 NVL Snipers.
It's not the secret that the Observers were designed to complete O8 sets and I hope that the final result is worth the efford! I have both sets stocked nicely, but of course you can buy Observers for other purposes (recon team, HQ, froward observers and so on…). Regards,

APCR range is direct-only from my store. But do not worry the shipment cost is reasonable: flat rate of 36PLN (~12$) for the whole order (whatever how small or big it is). The packages goes to US within a week or two. Regards,
