The website ones were painted by Cheif lackey Rich here on tMP . The biggest is in resin . All were very cleanly cast and paint up excellent . The downside is there are only six types ( wish there were more) they are ,versus GZG full thrust,a little large . The smallest is equal to a CL and the carrier is a good sized fleet carrier in GZG terms . They do not come with bases . I used the GZG large hex bases for my big ships . I bought the terran fleet also DO NOT go by the pictures they are really nice well cast pieces . Service from Studio bergstrum is top notch too . |

I don't have these particular ships, but Studio Bergstrom is probably the best company I know of for how good the castings are. Most go into the lineup to prime without any prepping at all, other than an obligatory rinse in water. I think the fleet fighters have required a quick filing in one spot, but that's the most I remember doing for anything. It actually feels kinda weird when you can't find anything to fix! |
