I need some 15mm Viking women for an RPG project. Heroic warrior types, but also Seithkona witches and general Viking women. Preferably not too much on the cheesecake side. Barbarian types will do at a pinch. |

I'm not sure about their stock levels – it's a very small company – but another possibility is these figs from Trey Corbies: link They're designed as dark ages irish, but the infantry and champions packs at the bottom may have something you can use. If you're interested, maybe send Sean, the proprietor, an email. Good luck with your project! |

Peter Pig minis are cast to order if not immediately in stock so you should have no worries. Plus they are excellent figures |

Check Splintered Light and look in ranges like Robin Hood as well as the Saxons and Vikings etc. |

Strange comment Pattus. Don't think you have any idea how small or big PP is (e.g how many full time staff?) Could it be that Pattus Magnus is a friend of Trey Corbies???? martin |

Dave, these may be a bit cheesecake for you but they are still great from Copplestone. There are 2 choices: These which are a bit scantily clad; link And these, that are still going to feel the cold (I haven't painted mine yet).

@ Martin, Sorry, I didn't mean that Peter Pig is a small operation, I was referring to Trey Corbies' size and stock levels (and you guessed correctly, I'm on first name basis with the TC proprietor). Re-reading my post now I can see the miscommunication! No slight meant toward PP figs either, their female vikings seem good – historically plausible and cheesecake-free (not that there's anything wrong with cheesecake in its place – I have the Copplestone pack shown above and I like them a lot too). I know the TC female warriors were designed for historical plausibility as well, but with an Irish focus. In any case, good luck to Dave with finding the right figs for the project. |

I think I need to apologise here Pat. My total misread sorry! martin |

No apology needed Martin, I drafted a dodgy sentence. I think ultimately we both have the same interest – encouraging Dave with his project! |

Both the Peter Pig and the Trey Corbies look like good sources for what I'm looking for. Thank you both. |
