I've been struggling to motivate myself to paint at the moment which is unusual (it often really helps when I'm feeling rubbish). So instead I started putting together my fist Wild West MDF building I bought a while ago.
It was great – really really relaxing. Did me the power of good.
Can you get them on the NHS ? |

Or you could see if there are any local gamers who would like buildings assembled. I have to admit that I rather like assembling the new breed of MDF stuff, it is rather satisfying. |

I read something on the tinterweb about NHS providing x-box and laptops to prevent boredom for hospital patients….so why not some MDF therapy? |
