I put together a little kit that has a good number of uses in an RPG setting: a mule cart with peasant drovers. The kit is from Gripping Beast…and while an ostensibly historical model, I think it will work really well in low level RPG scenarios.

All you need, is some dead bodies in the back, and some Monks banging books against their heads! (I think someone actually made figures like that! --or maybe they were conversions…?)
