I have compiled a list of all the makers I could find of 28mm WW2 figures. I have only included ranges marketed as WW2, even though some inter-war figures may also be suitable.

They are listed by nation. So, for example, if you are after Italians, look at the 'Italian' listing for all the companies that make them.

If there are any others currently available please let me know and I will update the page!

Hope some find it useful….

Great resource! Here's one more focused on OstFront 28mm gaming, some of the links may be out of date -- I've added your blog to my bloglist, thanks!

You don't have Battlehonors in your list. Some of their figures are on the small side, but I would argue that Old Glory/Westwind and the Perry figures are too. Their extensive line of WW2 minis are here: link

Cracking list – well done, that man!

In the spirit of contribution:

Regiment games – Royal Navy figures
Pulp miniatures – Indian army, Japanese navy
Parkfield miniatures – small range of French Resistance figures

Might add that Pulp figures also makes United States Navy figures and Early WW II United States Marines.

Burns Miniatures makes Greeks, which are marketed through Rif Raf in England
