Amazing job. You won't be able to make it out when the image is resized but Duff has actually painted the impression of a face on the visor, it's jawdropping.

He'll be painting the rest once he has some other jobs out of the way and then these and the Columbiad heavy droid will be released together.

I can see the face already and the paintjob is stunning!

28mm or 15mm, and are they available yet?

John Treadaway10 Aug 2014 10:43 a.m. PST

Judging by the base, 15mm. The paint job is stunning (cpied into photoshop and zoomed in)

The figure's pretty good too!

"28mm or 15mm, and are they available yet?"

Judging by the board it was posted on, I'd say they're 15mm.

I must buy them.

Dan
PS. I wonder if they'll fit in with Earth Force Marines, perhaps as a separate unit.

David, as always stunning work. I may ask Roy to send the grunts your way so you can photo them all together to give an idea of scale.

And no need to hint, if you want some I'll send them straightaway. You did such a splendid job on thosee three Federal Army infantry you painted -- really gave a sense of what the castings look like:

Not only that, but your yeoman service in providing top tier paintups of the models I make has pretty much entitled you to ask for what you will!

The faces in the helmet are amazing, I've never seen that done before, and there's very little chance I can duplicate it…LOL!

Awesome paint jobs all around, vehicles included!
