Is there likely to be likely to be any major difference between the Russian Army uniforms of 1905 and 1914?

I really like the Russo Japanese War figures from Tsuba miniatures but in a WW1 setting. Maybe even using Tsuba Russians painted as Bulgarians or even Serbians at a stretch.

Tiger makes 1912 Bulgarians and Serbs, so no need for stand- ins. I've thought about using RJW Japanese for WWI as well, but I have never gotten past the "hmmm" part of the plan.

The hats don't have peaks in the Russo-Japanese War. By WWI they had peaks.

Thanks for the replies, I notice the difference now. It seems that there were many changes to the military in Russia following the Japanese defeat, including uniform in 1906.
