We are traveling and thought this time we'd leave the store up but the orders are really piling up and our trip has just begun so I thought better of it and closed the store. Should reopen soon.

Orders that are still outstanding will be processed as expeditiously as possible. WWI orders will be processed as soon as the stock is in -- should be this week (there are people home to accept shipments fortunately).

And we're back!

Will have the store opened in the next few days, have tons of stock that came in whilst I was away and also lots of orders backed up to catch up on -- a lot of them having been delayed waiting for that stock to come in! My casters either went to Historicon or were going crazy casting for people going to Gencon so I've been sitting on my hands for weeks waiting for restocks.

Huzzah!

Service is slow but I've always found it worth the wait. I do wish you could just disable the ordering and not the whole site though!

i have ordered several times and i think service is more variable than slow. one time i got the models three days after ordering!!! the next time it was a month. i guess it just depends…..

i am a big boy and i can wait. they are little toy men after all. and some of the best out there imo…..

Websites offline for the weekend -- despite intense order packing throughout this week, we go into the weekend with a backlog of 73 orders and want to take the edge off that without getting in any deeper….

Myself I'm happier that you don't make promises you can't keep. I'd rather you expand, but I'm satisfied you know yer own limitations.

Is there any way you can leave the store open for "browsing" with a "sorry, not taking orders right now" message on all the pages? It's frustrating when I'm trying to plan out something and go to the site to check to see if your minis would fit what I need only to find the store closed.
I understand you don't want orders piling up, but if there's a way to still allow browsing, that would be great.
