I am painting some Victrix Old/Middle Guard right now, and was wopndering how the porte-fanion looked like for the Guard, as there is a sergent-major carrying one stuck in his musket. Also, what did the colours look like of the 2nd battalion of a Guard foot regiment? |

Erwin, According to a drawing by H Knotel, the uniform is the same as any other sergent. The fanion is red with a large grenade in the middle, and 4 small ones in the corners. Dat is toevallig: ik zit op dit moment deel 1 van uw Waterloo serie te lezen. |
